The size of the trade stands booked is the only area available on the day of the show
Tables are NOT provided with stands
Stands must be set up the night before the show
HACCP must be submitted prior to showing for all food stands
Insurance MUST be uploaded to all applications at booking.
If using own generator, must be stated on the application and to trade stands organisers.
All rubbish must be cleaned up into bins provided prior to, during, and after the show.
The final decision on application and position on showgrounds lies with trade stands committee.
